To get started, we will need:
- Confirmation of your ceremony and reception venues
- A minimum of 8-10 inspiration images to show us the look and feel you are hoping to create for your wedding day
- Any additional information you would like to share including suppliers you have already confirmed that will be involved with your wedding day styling – florist, hire items from other suppliers, signage, stationery, etc
What you will receive:
- A personalised QWH styling proposal including a range of our hire items and/or custom installations with confirmed quotes to help you create a beautiful ceremony and reception space
- Assistance with confirming your final hire order with QWH including logistics such as setup, breakdown and delivery details for all QWH hire items and/or installations
- $100 credit towards your QWH hire order
- $100 discount on our Helping Hand service, which provides setup assistance on the day if needed
Important Hire Info
NB: THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER OF $50 FOR ALL HIRE ITEMS.
- Once your cart is submitted we will check availability and come back to you with an invoice confirming your hire order.
- Upon receipt of the invoice we require a 50% deposit in order to secure your hire order.
- The final payment will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
- Please specify in the comments section if you prefer pickup or delivery and ensure you specify the wedding location.
