Do you need any extra assistance with setting up your ceremony on your wedding day? We will happily set up all of your QWH hire items for you on the day. Our Ceremony setup includes:
- Up to 2 hours including ceremony setup assistance on your wedding day and breakdown, provided by a professional QWH wedding stylist
- Placement of the QWH hire items on your wedding day
- Designed for weddings up to 50 people, additional setup time available for larger weddings
- Additional setup time for larger weddings over 50 people, can be upgraded at NZ$125/hr +gst

Important Hire Info
Please submit your ‘My Quote’ once you have added all the hire items that you would like for us to supply on your wedding date.
NB: THERE IS A MINIMUM ORDER OF $50 FOR ALL HIRE ITEMS.
- Once your cart is submitted we will check availability and come back to you with an invoice confirming your hire order.
- Upon receipt of the invoice we require a 50% deposit in order to secure your hire order.
- The final payment will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
- Please specify in the comments section if you prefer pickup or delivery and ensure you specify the wedding location.
