Thurlby Domain
Thurlby Domain is one of Queenstown’s prized possessions, dating back to long before our mountain town was a tourist hub and when the original family had a beautiful hotel for travellers to stop and rest at. The Domain is now available for a select number of weddings and events each year, due to its special stone ruins and beautiful park-like grounds. With big leafy trees, a rippling stream and vintage wagon wheels, it is easy to see why you would want to host your ceremony and celebrations here.
Our beautiful wooden arches, Turkish rug and outdoor bars are a favourite for ceremonies here, while couples opting to host an intimate reception in the Stables or Barn have loved warming the space up with custom fairylights or festoons.
